A timeline in eight counts

  • 1996 | Born in Belarus, a restless pair of feet already tapping.
  • 2000-2008 | Ballroom, classical choreography, and show-dance – years of relentless Soviet-style training and showcase rehearsals that forged my posture (and spine) into steel.
  • 2009-2012 | A pause to be a nerdy teenager.
  • 2013-2019 | Back on the floor: salsa, bachata, kizomba, zouk, reggaeton – social-dance nights and show-group rehearsals replaced my sleep. Just before moving to Lithuania, I worked closely with Belarusian National Circus choreographer Alla Nikolaeva, whose eye for talent revealed strengths in me I’d yet to recognize.
  • 2017 | A severe spinal-nerve inflammation hit during rehearsals. It was a wake-up call, pushing me to reevaluate how I treated my body and approached dance. The rehab marathon rewired my priorities toward mindful, body-smart movement.
  • 2019-2021 | Discovered Tribal Fusion (and later FCBD®) and never looked back. I kept performing with my troupes, and in 2021 I debuted my first Tribal solo. Stepping onstage alone was equal parts excitement and fear, but each solo since has made me stronger and more confident. Stage fright still pops up now and then, but we’re on friendly terms.
  • 2024 | Added popping (robot, waving, tutting) into practice, to sharpen my lines and isolations in Tribal Fusion.
  • 2024-present | Launched my own classes in Vilnius. 40+ women danced their first steps with me, plus one brave guy.

Why I teach

Knowledge stagnates if it stays bottled up. Passing movement on keeps my own vessel light, invites new ideas, and – most importantly – lets other humans feel the rush of embodied self-expression that dance gave me.

What class feels like

  • Mindful mechanics, technique with mercy. We nail posture, map muscle pathways, and drill details – but never at the cost of joy.
  • Inclusive & trauma-informed. All genders, sizes, and ages welcome.
  • Community vibes. Group improvisation, shared leadership, loud cheering.
  • Spark the unseen. Get ready for personal creative exploration, meet parts of you that rarely dance, share the heartbeat of the group, and shine bright like the star you are.
